is an initiative of Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops Pty Ltd and
is made for primary school-aged children and their teachers
and as such, is mindful of their needs. We are committed to
safeguarding our users privacy and we take all necessary
steps to protect it. As such, we operate under the National
Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private
Sector) Act 2000.
The website collects two kinds of information about users:
(1) Anonymous information that does not personally identify
users. This includes information such as how many people visited

as entering a competition, using a bulletin board service
or making a donation to the Save the Bilby Fund. Any information
